Rosemary and Garlic Lamb Chops
Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add the lamb chops and ensure they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge for best flavour.
- Preheat the grill to high. Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until done to your liking.
- Let the chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
