Refund policy
We ask customer to inform us damaged or unsatisfactory produce ASAP, within 12 hours after receiving your item. We understand that some food products.
To be eligible for a return, your produce must be damaged or unsatisfactory upon receipt.
To report an issue, you can contact us at help@nearlynakedveg.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll work with you to address your concerns and may, at our discretion, offer a refund, replacement, or credit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the produce is unsatisfactory, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns on items that are not damaged or unsatisfactory upon delivery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace produce if it is unsatisfactory. If you need to exchange unsatisfactory product for the same product, or would like it refunded, please contact us at help@nearlynakedveg.co.uk.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've reviewed your return, and let you know if a refund, replacement, or credit was approved. If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at help@nearlynakedveg.co.uk.
