Honey-Glazed Carrots and Peas
Ingredients
- 300g carrots, sliced
- 200g fresh peas
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Steam or boil the carrots and peas until just tender.
- In a pan, melt the butter and honey together. Add the steamed vegetables and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until glazed and slightly caramelised. Serve immediately.
