Easy Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- Red bell peppers
- Yellow bell peppers
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Oil
- Soy sauce
- Sesame seeds
- Cooked rice
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add chopped bell peppers, broccoli, and sliced carrots. Stir-fry until slightly tender
- Drizzle soy sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat
- Sprinkle sesame seeds for added flavour
- Serve over cooked rice
