Warm Beetroot and Goat Cheese Salad
Ingredients:
- Red Beetroot
- Mixed greens or Baby Leaf Lettuce
- Driftwood Goat's Milk Cheese
- Walnuts
- Balsamic vinegar
- Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
Method:
- Roast or boil beetroot until tender, then peel and slice.
